Stephanie joined MBS with 10 years of experience in the world of graphic, web, and interface design. With over 7 years of IT and software development experience, Bill brings vast knowledge and a technical mindset to MBS. He has done remote work for agencies, consulted for start-ups, and collaborated with talented people to create digital products. David embarked on his sales career over 30 years ago in the office technology industry, soon after graduating from the University of Hartford. His exceptional skills in sales and customer service led him to co-found Managed Business Solutions (MBS) alongside his partners, Jim and James Coler. Under his leadership, MBS has seen exponential growth, fueled by David's consistent ability to surpass sales quotas and secure numerous industry awards. President
Jim's career began as a founding partner in a startup copier dealer, which quickly grew into one of the country’s largest independent copier dealers. His leadership and entrepreneurial skills led the organization to double-digit growth over several years. He then ventured into another successful entrepreneurial endeavor, opening a telecommunications consulting agency that achieved national success. His collaborative efforts with David and James resulted in the creation of Managed Business Solutions, a venture that aimed to revolutionize the copier and office technology industry. As a business owner and entrepreneur, Jim has recognized the paramount importance of compelling marketing in growing a company. He has championed our marketing division, understanding that it is not just a support function, but a strategic driver of growth in any business venture he undertakes.
James Coler
Vice President
After graduating from Franklin and Marshall College, James began his career in the office technology industry. He dedicated many years to honing his skills and eventually became an expert in sales, operations, finance, and management. His passion for the modern office and finance led him to co-found MBS with his partners Jim Coler and David Trokel. Over the past 15 years, James has played a pivotal role in the industry's evolution. His first-hand experience has shown him the immense value a robust digital marketing strategy can bring to a small business.
Ashley Harsch
Director of Administration
Since joining MBS in 2015 as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Ashley has rapidly ascended to the role of VP of Administration.
