Meet The Team

Alyssa has been an integral part of the MBS team for over seven years, helping expand the company’s brand and build its marketing department from the ground up. For more than four years, she has served as Director of Marketing, leading the department and developing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support sales, and drive business growth. Alyssa is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional through the Digital Marketing Institute and an AMA Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) in Digital Marketing. She is also an FAA-certified Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Part 107), bringing aerial photography and videography capabilities to MBS’s growing marketing and content initiatives.

Jayme joined MBS with over ten years of experience in content writing and social media marketing and has certifications in Social Media Marketing Strategies, Content Marketing, Digital Advertising, AI for Business, Crisis Management, and SEO. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in assisting numerous small businesses in amplifying their brand visibility, extending their customer base, and growing their overall sales. As Marketing Lead, Jayme continues to apply her exceptional writing skills, innovative thinking, and a deep-seated passion for marketing. Her contributions have cemented her status as a valued member of our marketing team and a significant asset to our clients.

Stephanie brings more than 15 years of experience in graphic, web, interface design, and video editing to the MBS team. She creates engaging visual content across websites, social media, video, and digital marketing, combining creativity with a keen eye for detail. Stephanie is certified in Google UX Design and Figma, strengthening her expertise in user-focused digital experiences and design. Her video work has also received recognition from The Big Takeover, Post-Punk.com, and BroadwayWorld. With extensive experience across a wide range of creative mediums, Stephanie brings a thoughtful, polished approach to every project, helping clients strengthen their visual identity and digital presence.

Atanas brings technical expertise and creative problem-solving to the MBS team as a Full-Stack Web Developer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a master’s degree in Business and Science from Rutgers University, combining a strong technical foundation with a broader understanding of business. At MBS, Atanas builds and maintains client websites, working across both front-end and back-end development to create reliable, functional, and user-friendly digital experiences. He also holds the CompTIA Security+ certification and Google Cybersecurity Certificate, bringing valuable cybersecurity knowledge to his approach to web development.

Ali is the Content Marketing Specialist at Marketing Business Solutions, where she leads content creation from concept to completion. She develops content calendars, brainstorms campaigns, and captures and edits photo and video content that brings brands to life across digital platforms. Working closely with clients and the MBS marketing team, Ali combines strategy with a creative eye to develop engaging, brand-focused content. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University, with concentrations in Marketing and Global Studies, and has completed Semrush Academy certifications in Content Marketing & SEO Fundamentals, SEO & Content for Agencies, and On-Page SEO.

A 2023 Rutgers University graduate, she holds a B.A. in Journalism and Media Studies from the School of Communication and Information. With previous experience managing social media for Monmouth County businesses, Maddie brings expertise in content creation, graphic design, and audience engagement to her role. She has also completed Semrush Academy training in Local Search and AMA Off-Page SEO Fundamentals, expanding her expertise in SEO and helping clients build engaging, competitive brands across digital platforms.

With a background in Information Technology and a master’s degree in Business Analytics from Clark University, Trishali combines technical knowledge, data analysis, and digital marketing expertise to uncover opportunities, understand user behavior, and develop strategic SEO recommendations that strengthen clients’ digital presence.

A graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts, he combines his passion for art and design with experience in web design and digital marketing to create engaging, user-focused work. Erik has expanded his expertise through the Figma Monster Course: Mastering Design & Prototyping and the Social Media Graphics Design Masterclass with Adobe & Canva. With a strong eye for aesthetics and a problem-solving mindset, his detail-oriented approach ensures each project is thoughtfully executed while keeping the client’s brand, goals, and needs at the forefront.

She brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to her work, supporting the MBS marketing team with creative and strategic content initiatives. With over 7 years of IT and software development experience, Bill brings vast knowledge and a technical mindset to MBS. He has done remote work for agencies, consulted for start-ups, and collaborated with talented people to create digital products. His precision development, coupled with his expertise in coding languages such as WordPress, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and more, has enabled him to shorten load times and build truly responsive applications and websites optimized for search engines.  His extensive skills and knowledge have helped him create complex websites integrated with dynamic designs, eCommerce abilities, and high-level functionality.

Jim's career began as a founding partner in a startup copier dealer, which quickly grew into one of the country’s largest independent copier dealers. His leadership and entrepreneurial skills led the organization to double-digit growth over several years. He then ventured into another successful entrepreneurial endeavor, opening a telecommunications consulting agency that achieved national success. His collaborative efforts with David and James resulted in the creation of Managed Business Solutions, a venture that aimed to revolutionize the copier and office technology industry.    As a business owner and entrepreneur, Jim has recognized the paramount importance of compelling marketing in growing a company. He has championed our marketing division, understanding that it is not just a support function, but a strategic driver of growth in any business venture he undertakes.

Dan serves as an Account Executive at Managed Business Solutions (MBS), where he is dedicated to guiding clients through our extensive suite of services. With a sharp focus on identifying and integrating the ideal solutions, Dan aims to elevate client operations and drive significant, tangible results.  Prior to joining MBS, Dan worked as a National Account Manager in logistics for three years. His experience in this role enhanced his skills in negotiation, cold calling, and addressing diverse customer service needs—skills that he now leverages to understand and meet the unique challenges faced by each client.  Dan’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to client success make him a vital asset for businesses looking to optimize their operations.

Under his leadership, MBS has seen exponential growth, fueled by David's consistent ability to surpass sales quotas and secure numerous industry awards.  David’s dedication extends beyond mere transactions; he is committed to going above and beyond for every client. He focuses on providing personalized attention and tailored solutions that ensure our clients' businesses operate smoothly and are poised for growth. His proactive approach and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction are central to our ethos at MBS, making him a pivotal figure in our continued success.

He dedicated many years to honing his skills and eventually became an expert in sales, operations, finance, and management. His passion for the modern office and finance led him to co-found MBS with his partners Jim Coler and David Trokel.  Over the past 15 years, James has played a pivotal role in the industry's evolution. His first-hand experience has shown him the immense value a robust digital marketing strategy can bring to a small business.

Her ability to ensure exceptional service was further honed in the beauty industry, where she worked as both a manager and receptionist before joining our team. Her background has instilled a deep commitment to understanding and enhancing the customer's journey at every touchpoint.  A proud alumna of the College of Staten Island, Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which enriches her interactions with customers by providing her with insights into human behavior and needs. Nicole's unique combination of psychological insight and extensive customer service expertise is vital to our team and enriches every customer interaction she manages.
